What's the catch with the 30-day cancel? +

Zero catch. 30 days written notice — we wrap open work, transfer tenant info, return portal access. We earn the next month, every month.

Do you actually pass through maintenance invoices? +

Always. Every contractor invoice posts to your owner portal at the original price. You can text the vendor directly to verify. If we ever marked one up, your portal would prove it.

How does the first 30 days free work? +

We do all the onboarding — listing, screening, lease prep — for the first 30 days at zero charge. If you're not happy after, walk and keep every dollar of work we did.

Do you do Section 8? +

Yes. About 18% of our doors are housing-choice voucher. We handle the inspection prep, paperwork, and HACBC coordination. Owners love the on-time payments.
